Hake

Hake is the common name for several marine fish in the order Gadiformes. Galician hake is a very complete fish and ideal to include in any diet since it hardly has any fat (2gr per 100gr) and a good amount of protein (15gr per 100gr). There are also thousands of recipes to prepare this Galician fish, among which the hake in green sauce, Galician style or baked or in batter for the little ones in the house, simply spectacular.
