Grouper

It is a semi-fatty and saltwater fish. It lives next to algae, corals and other protected areas of the coast, on rocky bottoms, with caves and grottoes. It lives at depths ranging between 20 and 200 meters. It is a solitary and very territorial fish. It has a hunting territory of approximately 500 m2 of its den. Its meat is one of the most appreciated for gastronomy.
