Flat oyster

The oyster has two circular valves with a rough appearance. Galician oysters have a high zinc content, which makes them a true aphrodisiac delicacy.

Like the razor clams or the fine clam, it is advisable to keep the oysters in the same mesh in which we buy them, since being tight together will prevent them from opening and therefore keeping them longer in our refrigerators.
