Norway Lobster
It is a brachyuran crustacean, and decapod. It belongs to the Nephropidae family. It inhabits the sandy and muddy bottoms of seas and oceans. It inhabits depths ranging from 20 to 250 m. although they can reach depths greater than 500 m, generally in burrows excavated by them.
The Galician Norway lobster (Nephrops norvegicus) is the most valuable. The soft and delicate meat of the langoustines allows numerous preparations that will delight all those diners who have the pleasure of savoring them.
