White seabream
Also called Mojarra, Vidriada, Verada, Variada, Muxarra, Muxar arrunta, Muxkarra. It is a blue fish and salt water. They usually live near the coast, between rocks and in the sandy bottom. It lives from less than a meter deep to more than fifty, although the most normal thing is that it does so from two to twenty meters where the light is abundant and there is a large amount of nutrients.
Its meat has a very good flavor because it is a fish that basically feeds on molluscs and shellfish, preferably mussels, sea urchins and barnacles.
